Join Woodfield as a Class A OTR Team Driver with a Secret Clearance (DoD). We are in search of skilled and dedicated CDL Class A drivers ready to take on long-haul routes.

POSITION DETAILS

• Receive a guaranteed minimum of $2k per driver, based on availability or percentage pay, whichever is greater (includes line haul + driver accessorial).
• Earn a $500 referral bonus for every new driver you bring on board.
• Participate in a paid 2-1/2 day orientation, held weekly.
• Experience driving a 2025 double bunk Freightliner with upgraded interiors, APU's, refrigerators, and inverters.
• Enjoy rental cars and private hotel rooms during orientation.
• Get paid weekly through direct deposit.

HIRING CRITERIA

• CLASS A CDL - Regional or OTR experience is required.
• 2 years of verifiable recent and consistent driving experience needed.
• Must be 23 years or older.
• DoD experience is a plus.
• TWIC card & Hazmat endorsement required.
• Secret Clearance is mandatory; drivers who have applied for clearance are also welcome.
