Weyerhaeuser is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Natchitoches Engineered Wood Products manufacturing facility located in Natchitoches, LA. This is a full-time, exempt role and is a front-line supervisor position within the TJI Department. This role is responsible for the safety, production, and quality goals of the team for whom the supervisor plans, leads, and directs the daily activities. This position reports to the Finished Goods Department Manager. Key Functions: Provide daily leadership and oversight of hourly production employees. Ensure the safe and efficient execution of work. Ensure proper job and safety rules are understood by the team and followed. Role model safe work practices and lead safety and other team meetings. Ensure appropriate incident investigation and follow-up resolution. Project needs and balance labor resources to ensure continuous improvement in safety, quality, and production.
