As a Mobile Associate (MA), you will play a vital role as part of our Retail Team of Experts who bring the T-Mobile brand to life. Compensation:
Hourly Base Pay: $17.50, with additional training pay of $5.00 per hour. Within the first 90 days of employment, you will receive on-the-job training and become eligible for hourly training pay. Following training completion, Mobile Associates have the opportunity to advance to the Mobile Expert role, which includes an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year, with actual incentives varying based on performance and full-time status. All employees are guaranteed to earn $20/hour, inclusive of base pay and incentives. Every employee at T-Mobile is also eligible for an Annual Stock Grant, further empowering you as an owner in our company.
