What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Manage and implement web content strategy and migration for RedCrossBlood.org as part of a website redesign project
2. Serve as the point of contact and project manager for content migration and multilingual translation
3. Develop and manage content-related project milestones, timelines, and resources
4. Craft compelling web and app content in partnership with marketing and engagement teams
5. Analyze web performance metrics and provide insights for content optimization

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. 4-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in communications, English, or a related field
2. Minimum 6-10 years of related experience in digital marketing and content management
3. Proven success in managing web-based marketing projects with a focus on content
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Experience with content management systems, especially Adobe Experience Manager
2. Familiarity with Spanish-language websites and content
3. Analytical mindset with experience in web analytics, preferably Adobe Analytics
