We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the team at our Hauling site in Natchitoches, LA. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service by handling a high volume of inbound calls and managing outbound collection calls.* The schedule is Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.* Pay Rate: $17 per hour* On top of competitive pay, we offer excellent benefits, 401k match $1 per $1, vacation, and year-round work.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:* Work in conjunction with other departments to resolve customer disputes & demonstrate the ability to become proficient in the use of proprietary operational systems.* Assist customers by phone and in person to receive orders for installation, turn on, discontinuance, or change in service.* Fills out contract forms, determines charges for service requested, collects deposits, prepares change of address records and issues discontinuance orders.REQUIREMENTS:* 1-2 years of Customer Service experience in a high call volume atmosphere* Experience with MS Word, Excel, and Email preferred.
