JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a full-time dedicated receptionist for Our Corporate Campus. As our Receptionist, you will be friendly, have a smiling face and will lend a helping hand. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and multitasking skills, a positive attitude and a professional and strong work ethic.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet and welcome guests then direct them to the appropriate RIGID employee or office
  • Answer, screen and manage incoming phone calls
  • Ensure the reception area and conference rooms are tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures/controlling access to the office
  • Make sure break areas have coffee, drinks, and snacks available
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
  • Meeting Room prep
  • Contributes to the Team effort by offering support across the organization


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Office Representative or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. printers, scanners, copiers)
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude


PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High school degree required; College Coursework Preferred
